Since you clicked on this page, I’m going to assume three things about you:
You’re doing a heck of a lot better than you give yourself credit for, but feel unfulfilled and know you are meant for more.
You want to make a bigger impact with your talent and potential, and love your work and life every day.
You have ideas that you want to try, but never do because you’re afraid of what others will think.
That was my struggle. I spent years thinking something was wrong with me and doing all of the wrong things to fix it. The biggest mistake I made was thinking that someone else had the solution to my problem. It took me many, many years to learn that the answer could only be found by looking inside of myself.
This meant tuning out all of the external bullsh*t, getting crystal clear on what mattered to me, and loving myself enough to do something with that awareness. If I knew then what I know now, the process would have been a lot faster and saved me from wasting time, energy and money on all of the wrong things.
I don’t want that to happen to you, which is why this corner of the Internet exists.
That being said, here are three ways I can help you:
Read my short book (it’s also available on Audible). It’s helped thousands of people like you cut through the overwhelm of this life, pinpoint what actually matters to them, and make simple changes to shift how they spend their time and energy to have more confidence and fulfillment.
Check out the archive and follow my newsletter (here’s a sample post) for actionable ideas to help you show up authentically at work and emotionally connect with other humans. It’s what builds trust, influences behavior, and drives success in today’s world, whether you’re a CEO, solo-preneur or entry-level analyst.
Check out Growth, Inc. It’s a leadership coaching business I founded to help professional women know their worth, use their voice, and own their power at work (and in life) to create the outcomes they clearly desire (instead of waiting on incremental progress, that clearly isn’t working).
You can also talk to me about speaking, coaching and partnerships.
Send an email to hello@growth-inc.org and my team will get back to you with details.
